Sauna Camp Minnesota offers facilitation add-ons for your corporate or group event such as private guided sauna & cold plunge experiences, sound healing, yoga, breathwork, keynote speakers, and can even cater a wood-fired mediterranean meal for your group, all for up to 60+ people at a time.

We have hosted some major events & retreats- Jesse Itzler's All Day Running Co Ice Camp, Eric Hinman's Founders Only, and Callan Faulkner's Land Camp, among others. We have worked with a variety of organizations, business owners, corporate clients, and influencers to be a unique retreat venue for their important events.

We also hosted many fitness/wellness community leaders like Lululemon, F45 Fitness, Twin Town Fitness, OutPace coaching, Outdoor Afro, CorePower Yoga, and other gym, running, martial arts, yoga, and pilates groups as well as corporate & business groups and woman's & men's groups.

Choose from a variety of on-site cabins at Camp Ihduhapi for a real "Camp" experience or organized off-site hotel or Airbnb lodging for your groups. Inquire for lodging cost estimates.

Wood-fired saunas

Warm your body, mind, and spirits with a 2-hour traditional Finnish wood-fired sauna session for the whole group with included staff guidance about wellness practices.

On-site Lodging at Sauna Camp

For the first two seasons of Sauna Camp, sessions ended when you left the lake. Now, for the first time ever, you can stay overnight on-site at our host location of Camp Ihduhapi and make your sauna experience into a full event. For all groups, a minimum of 14 days notice is required for reserving cabins. For groups of 30 or more, 30 days notice is required. This is perfect for: Out-of-town groups looking for a unique getaway Birthday parties and celebrations Team-building a
