

On-site Lodging at Sauna Camp
For the first two seasons of Sauna Camp, sessions ended when you left the lake. Now, for the first time ever, you can stay overnight on-site at our host location of Camp Ihduhapi and make your sauna experience into a full event. For all groups, a minimum of 14 days notice is required for reserving cabins. For groups of 30 or more, 30 days notice is required.

What is Sauna Camp? We offer a unique sauna and cold plunge experience that is unlike any other with natural lake ice plunges and up to 7 wood fired saunas on the shore in Independence, Minnesota. While we may carry the name "camp," we are not a traditional camping facility but do have cabins on site that are available for reserving ahead of time.
